The requirements apply to bassinet bassinets with a maximum inside length of 900 mm, designed for infants to sleep until they can sit up unaided or can pull or push themselves up on hands and knees.
This standard does not apply to electrical safety.
It does not apply to cribs for medical purposes or hospital use.
Products that can be converted to other substances may be covered by other relevant European Standards.
