The thermal imager should display a useful image within 30 seconds of applying power (with battery installed). The thermal camera should display a red dot icon in a green circle while recording audio/video. A camera resolution of 76.800 pixels (320 x 240) is now the minimum requirement. A sensor/image refresh rate of at least 25 Hz is required.
