If such pans are used, the maximum size of the test plate is approximately 2 sq in. per sawed surface, assuming 5,1 inches (1 cm) thick, 4/228 inch support. (1471 sq cm) will have an area.

The results of this test should generally be used as a basis for comparing the relative resistance of different types of materials from one or more sources considered for the same use.
