This European standard will be used for testing joints in mechanically fixed single-layer bitumen roofing. It is not designed to test fully bonded or multi-layer roofing.
This European standard is designed for the characterization of bituminous sheets produced or supplied before us. The test method relates only to products or, where appropriate, their components and not to waterproofing membrane systems consisting of such products and installed on the works.
This test is intended to be used in conjunction with European standards for product specifications for reinforced and non-reinforced bitumen sheets for roofing.
