This European Standard is applicable to Tilt and Flip, Initial Tilt and Flip Only hardware for use in windows and door height windows.

Levers can also be used in other opening types, eg Sequential Sliding, Tilt & Slide, Fold & Slide, horizontal and vertical pivoting windows.

This European Standard cannot be applied to the following equipment:

  • Operating devices and door handles for door latches and door locks;
  • Handles with handle length > 170 mm;
  • Electromechanical equipment.
