EN 14781 Racing Bikes - Safety Requirements and Test Methods

This European Standard applies to racing bicycles intended for high-speed amateur use on public roads and where the seat can be adjusted to provide a maximum seat height of 635 mm or more.

This European Standard does not apply to specific types of racing bikes, such as mountain bikes and tandems, or bikes designed and equipped for use in approved competition events.
