It applies to both one-component and two-component products. These products can be used with or without inlay.
This European Standard does not apply to products to be used for roof waterproofing.
In the case of a two-component PMBC, component A is a liquid bitumen emulsion and component B is a reactive liquid or powder component.
It is based on a free film cured polymer modified bitumen coating emulsion tested without application to a substrate.
