Compressive creep is determined by measuring the increase in deformation of a sample under constant pressure stress and specific conditions of temperature, humidity, and time.
The thickness of the samples will be equal to the thickness of the original product. The width of the samples shall not be less than its thickness. Products with in-use coatings or integrally molded coatings should be tested with these faces or coatings intact.
In the absence of a product standard or other European technical specification, the method of selection of test samples may be agreed between the parties.
