Extractable azo colorants are those used to dye synthetic fibers with disperse dyes.

The following synthetic fibers can be dyed with disperse dyes:

  • Polyamide;
  • Acetate;
  • triacetate;
  • Acrylic;
  • Chloro fiber.

The method applies to all colored textiles, eg dyed, printed and coated textiles.
