Reposition the spacers between the concrete blocks. Place the samples in the setup used to pour the original sample and seat flush with the base plate. Use clamps or other suitable devices to hold the blocks together.
Any evidence of foaming visible to the naked eye provides a basis for determining non-compliance with the requirement of no evidence of foaming.
