Liquids and fuel testing During this time, our specialists condition the liquid by applying pressure, temperature and flow. Thanks to our most advanced laboratory equipment and extensive expertise, we can condition liquids to extremely high or subzero temperatures (-50 ° C to + 150 ° C) to ensure that your product can withstand the industry's extreme temperature characteristics.

Partnering with us, supporting your R&D projects and helping you comply with legal specifications allows you to take advantage of our expertise in fluid and fuel analysis. Our goal is to make sure that your products are durable for the lifetime and operate safely during operation.

Our laboratory is equipped with:

  • Two wetting chambers (one at + 40 ° C and one at + 60 ° C)
  • Two thermal cycles (temperature -40 ° C to + 65 ° C) with fuel test stands each hold and run six samples (25 gal tank size)
  • Nine grade class 1 part 1 room (temperature -40 ° C to + 125 ° C)
    Nominal fuel reservoir from -40 ° C to + 125 ° C, 1,5 ° C / min
  • Helium leak tester and refrigerant leak tester
  • Two fuel-grade flow tables (temperature controlled) measuring pressure, voltage, current and RPM
  • Explosion chamber at 45.000 psi
